Shipping & Returns

Standard Shipping
If you do not select Expedited (Overnight or 2nd Day) or International Shipping on your order your package will be shipped out Standard Shipping.  Standard shipping may be shipped by either USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class, USPS Parcel Post or UPS Ground.  The way it is shipped is based on your package weight and your shipping address.
We strive to ship orders within 1 - 2 business days of ordering.
Within the USA please allow 3 - 5 days for transit time for Standard Shipping.

Rush Shipping
If you have selected Expedited or Rush Shipping (Overnight or 2nd Day) we will ship the same day the order is placed as long as items are in stock and your order is placed before 11:00 AM Central Time.
Please feel free to call us at #615-776-2951 to check stock.  If we do not have an item in stock and you have requested Rush Shipping, we will contact you to let you know of the delay.  At that time you may cancel the order if you can't wait.

Overnight packages that are shipped out on Friday are automatically scheduled for Monday delivery. If you require Saturday Delivery you will need to call us at #615-776-2951 to let us know you require Saturday Delivery.

International (Outside of the USA) Shipping
International orders are generally shipped via UPS International First Class Mail.  If you are in a hurry for your Order, please add your time requirements in the Comment Section of Checkout page so that we can give you upgraded shipping cost options.

International orders may be subject to Customs and Duty Taxes as charged by your country. We do not know the fee schedule for these,
but you can contact your Customs Office for information regarding the fees they will charge.

Exchanges
Exchanges of equal or lesser value are free but the customer is responsible for the return shipping to us for the original items. Contact us within 7 days of receipt of delivery to make arrangements for an exchange and to receive a RAN (Return Authorization Number).
Returns and exchanges should be packaged to protect the contents during shipping.  If the items arrive to us damaged because of the lack of protection during shipping we will deem the return/exchange unsellable and as a result the items will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. All returned/exchanged items must be in the original unused/uncut condition in the original packaging/labels to be accepted. Items must be postmarked within 14 days of the original receipt of delivery to be accepted for return or exchange. 

Returns
Returns are accepted but we must be contacted within 7 days of receipt of delivery to issue a RAN (Return Authorization Number).
The customer is responsible for the return shipping to us. There is a 20% restocking fee for Returns and original shipping costs are not refundable.

If a package is refused at the time of delivery by the customer or is undeliverable, and is returned to us by the delivery company, there will be a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Errors & Damage
Please inspect your order for any damage or errors within 5 days of receiving it and contact us so that we can correct any problems.
